how to get multiple values for the same cell value?

Hi to all
I have data like this
1 red
1 blue
2 green
2 yellow
2 violet
3 pink
3 orange
and i try to get multiple values from above for single value and i wish to get like below
1 red
1 blue
2 green
2 yellow
2 violet
my idea is to get all the matching value to particular value. i tried with vlookup but it is not bringing only first value not all the values, is there any way like formula or trick to get all the matching value to lookup value? any help in this regard is highy helpfull and will be highly appreciated. please see my attached file for better understanding.
