    Multiple outputs on Xlookup

    Good day,

This is my first post so please bare with me,

Im trying to create a recon sheet for oils at the company I work for,

On some days the same type of oil is distributed to the same machine for the same reason more than once. Now using the xlookup formula, it outputs the first result it finds, twice, instead of giving me both.

is there a way to add all the results together

eg. 150 L tekprol issued on 2020-08-04 to machine "X" and another 50 L tekprol Issued on 2020-08-04 to machine "X"

is there a way to add the two together within the xlookup formula?

The oils issued are on the "ISSUES" Sheet, and the output sheet is the "Daily Recon" Sheet

Please see the test sheet attached.

    Thank you in advance

    Hi DerekJ.
Welcome to the forum. Your description was fine. Please enter this into V25 of your Daily Recon worksheet. Adjust ranges etc. Hope this helps.
