Need help in if formula

Hi All,

I need one help in formula creation.
I applied this formula for getting total = IF(COUNTIFS(DATA!$N:$N,'Summary - Closed'!$A2,DATA!$O:$O,"CLOSED")>0,COUNTIFS(DATA!$N:$N,'Summary - Closed'!$A2,DATA!$O:$O,"CLOSED"),"-")

My other requirement in this formula is if some number in total then this cells is visible if the total is blank or (-) then that cell will be hidden.

I am attaching spreadsheet of total column.

Please help if anyone know how to do that.
