Top 10 values from database

please help me
I have a database
there are several ID in database and each ID has several row, I want , if I select special ID, return me top 10 by value(value column), if the currency is "IRR".

is it Top 10 - 10 first rows with selected ID or from maximum value to ....

@manik68 the answer was in the attached file. There were two options. but i messed one condition IRR but it easy to add it.
