Linking Excel and Google Maps

I am trying to link an excel spreadsheet with address to Google Maps. The spread sheet has 63 rows (2 to 65) with address. The location name (Column C), the physical address (Column L), city (Column M), state (Column N) and zip (Column O) are all in different columns. I want all these location plotted on google maps at the same time, showing the location name, so I can see how close they are and be able to plot a route to them.
Is there a formula for this?

nope. more than likely not. excel was invented LONG BEFORE any mapping software.

I'm not exactly sure how to do it, but I've seen reason to be more optimistic that this can be done. As a Google product, most of what my internet search finds is how to use Google Sheets data in Maps, but Google Sheets can usually open Excel files, so that should not get in the way.

I seem to recall some talk around what Google's API will allow, and what permissions Google might require for these tasks (I think those conversations were often about how VBA interacts with Google's software).
