Advanced find and replace formula

Im hoping for some help. Ive attached the first two lines of content from a spreadsheet Im creating.

In it I have two worksheets.

The first worksheet is called Main Products and its column AG (title Description) that I want to populate with a unique description.

In the other worskeet named Extra info I have the unique data.

Column C is the main bluk of the description which needs to be pulled into the Main products worksheet column AG.

When its pulled in it needs {{CAR}} from the description to be replaced with the content from column A with the heading of {{CAR}}

Also {{title}} from the description should be replaced with the content from column E - titled {{title}}

Finally {{image}} should be repalced with the content from coumn F entitled {{image}}

I know it can be done but no idea where to start andy help would be really appreciated.

There was one more thing I needed to do aswell

Where we have the line

<img src="{{image}}" class="img-responsive" alt="" />

in the description I need to add the content from column E on the Extra info worksheet between the ""

For example the 1st line would be:

<img src="{{image}}" class="img-responsive" alt=" Pre cut window tint for front & rear glass of a Alfa Romeo 146 (1995-2001) " />

and then the {{image}} will be replaced with the url as mentioned above. So for the 1st line of the sheet it would be replaced with:

I’m wondering if anyone knows what the function would be to do one of these find and replaces? I think if I can find out how to do one I may be able to do the same thing multiple times and just keep editing the formula to make it work
