Adjustment on index match formula to accommodate more transactions

Hi

I am kindly asking for the adjustment of the current formula on my worksheet. Current solution calculate 100 record on the sheets. However I need to calculate up to 5000. I don't how to adjust the formula. I tried to change 300 and 100 and increase ranges 6:106, but failed to achieve. The index match is from 3 worksheets. See the attached sheet.
