Filter multiple columns data and get Unique Items count in Excel 2013 through functions

Hi,

I want to filter on couple of columns data (Column-A: Filter on Approved/New & skip Reject/Duplicate, Column-B: Filter on filled in entries & skip blank/0/NA entries) & then get Column-C Unique values entries count by using Excel functions/formulas in Excel 2013. How can i achieve this?

How to use FILTER, SUMPRODUCT & COUNTIF functions in Excel 2013 for this purpose?

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
