Formula to help sort employee results by Positions

I am needing help to pull our specific employee's from my call data based on position.

I'd like a formula to say if the employee is in this list then code them as Sup otherwise code as CSR.

Sup list is

Brittany H
Alicia G
Lupita A
Nicoya W

Try in Q2:
=IF(COUNTIF($A$2:$A$14,P2),"SUP","CSR")
