How to add recommendations based on formula result

Hi guys,

I am working on this report card calculator. It predicts if a student will pass or fail the semester based on their expected grades.

The last part of this assignment is to add recommendations based on Pass/Fail result that excel throws out.

Is there any way of doing that?

For example, if excel predicts "fail", it should give recommendations like "score 20 points in Course ABC to pass this semester", etc.

Can someone please help? It's urgent!
