Conditional Formatting MAX Value Per Row With Criteria

    Hello All,

    First Post here.

I have an excel document that list Job Numbers down the rows and scan locations (date/time) in each column associated with that job.

My current working conditional formatting rule to highlight the max value (Latest Scan) per row is as follows =D3=MAX($D3:$R3), This will highlight the most current scan date/time.

The issue that I am having is I would like to have other rules setup to which if the latest scan date is not today, i.e. yesterday, have it highlight in a different color.

I have tried both of the following functions without getting the correct result. They would highlight more than just the max value in the row.
    =max(if
    =dmax

Any help with a formula would help..

Attached is a sample workbook with raw data without any external connections. The actual file i am working with is a Pivot table.
