Hello, Hopefully i make this as clear as possible!
In my example on sheet 1 i enter information on sales per vessel. (BF191)
In sheet 4 i have 2 reports one gives the total boxes + kilos of each species, and the second report prodives the high/low/avg prices of each grade of specie aswell as the total boxes of each grade of specie.
If i add a second vessel in sheet 1 (BF800) i would like to be able to change the reports in sheet 4 so that i can see the total (which i have now) and be able to have indivual reports for each vessel.
I dont want to use pivot ive already been given examples of that. Just lookinf for formulae example with perhaps a drop down menu to switch between vessels.
