How to Get the Strategy of the highest&second win rate%

Hi folks,

Greetings.

I have logged some gambling data into a spreadsheet as shown in the picture. Two columns are highlighted. One is the Strategy name, while the other is the win%

How to return the strategy name according to its win% in a descendant order? I need to display which strategy has the highest win%, which one has the 2nd highest win%... etc.

Post a sample workbook.

In principle, you use LARGE on column T to get the highest (1), second highest (2), etc. Then you INDEX column P by MATCHing the LARGE values against column T.

The only complicating factor is that you have more than one entry in column T with the same value. You might need a helper column to overcome that.
