B3:
=IF(O3="","",O3)
C3:
=AND(C$2>=$P3,C$2<$Q3)+0
Custome format :
#;;
to hide zelo value if needed
B13:
=INDEX($B$3:$B$11,INT((ROWS($13:13)-ROWS($13:$13))/4)+1)
format as
@" Total"
To display " Total" behind the name.
C14 drag accross:
=C$2
C15 then drag accross:
=SUMIF($B$3:$B$11,$B13,C$3:C$11)
Copy B13:K15 to B17:K19

Dear AMbebo021999,
Thank you very much for your answer, it was very very helpful.
I would like to ask one more thing.. Is it possible when a name is copied several times in range B3:B11, to just make the copy one time in range B15:B21?
See the attached file "Example 2"...
Thank you in advance
Is it "Unique distinc list" populated from B3:B11?
Try in B15:
**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).Please Login or Register to view this content.
Drag down.
Thank you very much for your help!
