Match Formula

Hello,

See the attached spreadsheet - I need a formula to do the following logic in cell "PipingWorksheet"!A1:

1. Find 'PipingTakeoff'!L1 in 'MaterialPricing'! column D.

2. Then Match {'PipingTakeoff'!C1 with 'AdjPrices'! column D} AND {'PipingTakeoff'!D1 with 'AdjPrices'! column E} AND {'PipingTakeoff'!L1 with 'AdjPrices'! column C} AND {the corresponding value in column B on the Material Pricing tab from step 1 and 'AdjPrices'! column A} AND {the corresponding value in column C on Material Pricing tab from step 1 and 'AdjPrices'! column B}

3. Search 'AdjPrices'! column H to return the value based on the matches in step 2
