Converting hours to 7.5hrs day

Dear All,

I would like to track my work time down to working days. One working days for me is 7.5hrs (7hrs and 30min). I am using formula =INT(H1*24/7.3)+MOD(H1,1/3.2) but it gives me a wrong answer when the day is less than 7.5hrs. I attach my spreadsheet.

I wonder whether you could assist further on the spreadsheet, which you kindly helped me last week.

When 'total hours' in H1 reaches 24hours it goes to 1, which I assume is one day. Do you know how to change it so H1 keeps counting a total number of hours?
