Count if working days exceed 6 days (2-weeks)

    Hey Guys,

I want to get an idea if this is possible in excel?
I'm creating a working schedule for 2 weeks. Let's say a staff can only work 5 days a week. The condition is that a staff cannot exceed > 6 working days consecutive.
That means if staff A is scheduled Wed- Sun (That's 5 days consecutive) if there is a schedule the coming week which is Monday (5+1) that means it will trigger that these agent breach the consecutive role.
There will be different combination but I'm only looking for a 2 weeks consecutive. The other possible combination would be
Staff A is working Thur-Sunday(that's 4 days) but next week his schedule is Mon and Tues which counts to 6 days consecutive.

The goal is to have this trigger to re-schedule the staff properly.
    Any idea would do Capture.JPG

Set CF formula to count seven columns back from the Active cell and applied to G2:N27.
If more than six cells are worked. attached fills the active cell, but you can change it to font colour, or whatever you want to use.

    =COUNTIF(A2:G2,1)>6
