Non UserForm - Checkbox Loop to add numbers and concatenate labels - Part B

So, I already received a solution to my problem in Part A, but I have additional requirements. I tried messaging the people who helped me there, but I guess since I marked the thread as solved and gave them reps, they aren't replying anymore. So have started a new thread for someone to follow up on the solution provided.

The 2 solutions provided are with filenames ending PartA. And the query that I have for this thread is in the file PartB.

Thanks JeteMc, but I got a better solution from another Forum. That solution is completely automate i.e. if the Lab(s) increase as well the Distribution automatically creates additional sections.

Thank You for marking the thread as 'Solved', although Internet etiquette suggests that it is proper to do so as soon as you have a solution so that people will not spend time working on requests that have already been answered.
