Vertical values, horizontal formula, every nth value

Dear expert
I need a formula in table sheet x that takes every 7th value in table sheet y (vertically, f.ex. c10, c17, c24,... light blue in the attachment) and multiplies it with $E$12 in table sheet x. And I want to drag the formula horizontally (d16, d17, d18... light green in attachment).

(replaced the excel, green is where the results should come in, the first two were calculated manually)

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

RAND() !!! You might have warned us that the results would change constantly. No wonder I was confused by your sample. In d17, dragged across:

=$E$5*INDEX('table y'!$C$11:$C$4000,1+7*(COLUMNS($D:D)-1))

You may need ; as the separator.

In D16 then copied across
