Date function, find the months between two dates

HI,

I try the datedif (DATEDIF(A1,B1,"M") function to find the months between two dates but did not work, Is there another way to find?

Column A (start Date "mm-dd-YYYY")
Column B (Finish Date "mm-dd-yyyy")

Column C I want the formula to find the months.

Can you describe "did not work" for us? Also, tell us the values that were in cells A1 and B1 and the result the DATEDIF formula gave you for them.

Thanks, It was not the formula problem, it was my PC
I change region setting on my computer to US and keyboard setting. it seems like it fixed the issue on worksheet.
