Extract data from column B for month (colA), matching category (C) and search words (D)

Hiya! We have a long list of data with only four columns:

A - date

B - amount

C - category

D - description

and I would like to find a way to easily set aside some data from this data series, per month. For example, I would like to know for February (date) how much (amount) we spent on machine repairs (description) in our packaging area (category). And so on, and so forth.

I figured using an IFS-function would be best, but I haven't been able to figure out how to factor in the whole of February without manually putting in the range with February dates. I would rather it find the February dates for itself.

Any thoughts?
