Hi there.
Unique is not available in Excel 2016. So.... A picture is worth 1,000 words. An Excel sheet is worth 1,000 pictures.
Please read the yellow banner about sample worksheets, at the top of the screen. Act on its guidelines and post a SMALL sample sheet.

Glenn thanks for getting back to me. Fluff13 thanks for the formula it doesn't quite do what I need.
I have attached a sheet with the function that works in 365 in T4.

This thread is interesting for adapting O365 functions to older versions of Excel.
But the thread title does not help members looking for the same
Perhaps change your title to " What is the equivalent of O365 UNIQUE function in older Excel versions"? (to change your thread title edit your FIRST post, click Go Advanced and change the title.
This would really be appreciated by everyone
Please try at
T3:V3
=IFERROR(AGGREGATE(15,6,$H$2:$H$50/(--$H$2:$H$50>MAX($S3:S3)),1),"")
T4:W15
=IFERROR(INDEX($A:$A,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$2:$A$50)/(--$H$2:$H$50=T$3),ROWS(T$4:T4))),"")
or Use Power Query, refresh is needed when update table result.
at Ribbon Data> From table
