Use different formulas to calculate commissions based on customer name.

I'm working on a spread sheet to calculate commissions. The salesperson would get a difference commission depending on the customer, so I need the correct syntax for a formula like the one below.

If A2 [Customer] is ‘Bob’ use formula B2*0.02, if A2 is ‘Jim’ use formula B2*0.03, if A2 is ‘Mike’ use formula B2*0.04, if A2 is none of those use formula B2*0.005

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
