Remove Duplicates and Keep Only First Instance of Dates

Hello Excel Masters,

I am currently struggling with an issue. What my goal is to remove all duplicates except for the first/earliest date that appears next to the item. I have a large list but I provided a sample of my problem. Is there a method to do this? Any help provided would be appreciated!

You can run a sort to place earliest on top and then use the removeduplicates method like this:
