With the =CELL("contents",reference) formula, I want to check what is been typed in the last free cell of a column in another worksheet, say "Main".
How can I reference to the last free cell of a column in sheet "Main"?
I can't get it right.

Thius will return whatever is in the last occupied (non-blank) cell in the range A2 to A3000:
=LOOKUP(2,1/(A2:A3000<>""),A2:A3000)
In NL, you may need to use ; and not ,
