SUMIF - Formula Pulling 0

Hello everyone, this one is driving me CRAZY and I need a second set of eyes.

I have a SUMIF formula that is functioning correctly (see B7 on the Budget tab) taking anything labelled "CSPE" from "Time Entry & Billback" and summing in cell B7.

Now I try to replicate, this time I'm looking to sum column "H" from "Time Entry & Billback" categorized by City in cell C31 "Budget". That specific cell is pulling all hours from Calgary and this is my formula: =SUMIF('Time Entry & Billback'!B2:B3, "A31", 'Time Entry & Billback'!H2:H3).

the range is small because I'm testing before I launch this sheet. But the results are always 0. I've tried formatting number vs plain text, I've copied and pasted the formula that works and changed the cell value only.....nothing is working and I need some help!

Can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong? I feel like this is a simple fix.

Well... Column B of "Time Entry & Billback" sheet has trailing space. Where as Budget sheet A31 does not.

That's your main issue.
