formula link between 2 sheets

Hi to all
if in "ordina_mail_manualel" sheet, column J = NO and column K = empty, bring this row to the "in_attesa" sheet
if I delete from the "ordina_mail_manuale"sheet I delete one of these lines from the"attesa" sheet it must disappear
I hope I have explained
