data queries and connection error

kindly i am gettting this error when i refresh queries and connection. "(datasouce errer). the process cannot be access the file (link XYZ) because it is being used by another process.

while setup this connection i get data >> from file >> from folder
there are multiple sheet with 2-3 users. sometime one users open sheet.
once i creat this connection, i forget to check "skip files with error"
1) how can i check this again without disturbing any connection to get rid of this popup error problem.

2) further while i bring data i have remove some column, can i add or delelete and column again?

Please update your profile to reflect the version of Excel you are using. Based upon your thread issues, it is clear that you are no longer using XL2007.

I am using the office365 which i believe is the latest version of excel.
