AVERAGEIFS gives me two different results in two tables that have same values

Hi everyone,

In the file that I'm attaching I have two tables, the first one contains an AVERAGEIFS formula in the "Result" column that looks into Table2 to find the average number (called Average Delta) for each country and category.

However when I compare the averages in the two tables I see different results. For example:

if in the first table I filter by category "B", the average of the column "Result" is 63
if in the second table I filter by category "B" the average of column "Average Delta" is 59

Could you help me to understand why there is this difference? What can I do to align the average of Table1 ("result") with the average of Table2 ("Average Delta") ?
