Please try
=SUMIFS(E$5:[@amount], B$5:[@LINE], [@LINE], D$5:[@BATCH],[@BATCH])
or
=SUMIFS(Table1[[#Headers],[amount]]:[@amount], Table1[[#Headers],[LINE]]:[@LINE], [@LINE], Table1[[#Headers],[BATCH]]:[@BATCH],[@BATCH])
This way the last row still sum correctly when adding more record to the table.
