    Format Cells -> Custom Number with Custom Color

    Hello,
    I am using this custom format for a range of cells --> [Green] ▲ 0.00%;[Red] ▼ 0.00%

    It works as intended but the color green that appears is a lime green and does not look or print well. Is there a way to add a custom color? for example add in the green denoted with RGB of 10 122 2?

    Thanks in advance

    Why not just format it with the custom colour picked from the colour grid or the hexagonal array of colours. i.e. just don't use the Custom format, use General or whatever.

    Trying to avoid having both a number format and a conditional format. The cells are subject to change (positive or negative) and with the format including "▲" indicators I figured there may be a way to edit/expand the code "[green]"

    There is no Off Ver: listed in your profile so I don't know what version of Excel you are using, therefore this may not work for you.
    That said, with the 2019 version this comes pretty close to displaying green 10 122 2: [Color10] ▲ 0.00%;[Red] ▼ 0.00%
    I hope that you have a blessed day.

    Please clarify your requirement. Your OP hadn't mentioned a conditional format. Just a Custom format. The two mean different things
    Are you now saying you are using a CONDITIONAL format which needs to paint the cell the colour you specify.

    Incidentally would you also add your location to your profile. It often helps.
