    Select two numbers appearance count them and put the count on another sheet.

    Ok. The attachment I have hear is sheet one. I believe if I have the formula then I can get the count on the 4 sheet. Now the sheet shows B8 and F8. B8 has the number 1 and F8 has the number 2. I want to count the number of this type of combination. Not interested if B8 is 1 and F8 4, or blank or anything else. It must be 2.
    B20 and F20 also has 1 and 2 respectively, so B8 and F8 plus B20 and F20 would make the count 2. And sheet 4 should show 2 for 1 and 2 combination. If the formula found more going down the page then the count would be higher.

    Hi Shinas,

    Two different formulas seem to work for me. See the attached with what I think you have.
    Countifs or SumProduct.xlsx

    Your description and your sheet don't really tally. With referecne to your SHEET, what do you want to happen, where, & why?

    1. Still not clear, but a guess:

    =COUNTIFS(B2:B47,1,F2:F47,2)

    2. If you want a formula to work on multiple sheets (I think you do...) you sample should contain multiple sheets.
