Format Cell to add space after comma

I have a large spreadsheet that I import data to from an outside program daily. The outside program that feeds me data gives me a list of names in a last name,first name format. The spacing is very inconsistant - some of them come as Last name, first name and some come as Last name,first name. I need the space after the comma so right now I am having to go through the hundred of names and manually check for and enter the space if necessary. Is there a way for me to format for it to automate this process? I have no control over the formatting of the data that comes to me, so I would have it do it on my end.

Find & replace - find ",", replace with ", ".

You will not need the speech marks, of course.

I think you would then need to follow Ali's procedure with Find a double-space and Replace it with a single space.
