    Formula based on several variables

    I need to create a weekly business review that populates data based on days/weeks. I cannot use a Pivot (sigh)... The attached shows the data (A3-H3). I would like some sort of formula that can then populate the data based on Shift, and the other variables such as Delivery, Pick-Up, Cancel, and Change BUT based on specific date.

    it maybe possible to layout the data slightly differently to use the titles
    Anyway

    You have 2 swing shifts - should one be Night?

    see attached - uses SUMIFS()
