Join table into text with headers and bullet points.

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to covert a table into a single cell with bullets

For example, table like this:

Letters = Header
Numbers = Bullet points

A B C D E
1 1 Blank 1 1
2 2 Blank 2 2
3 Blank Blank Blank 3
Blank Blank Blank Blank Blank
Blank Blank Blank Blank Blank

Turns above table into text in one cell, ignoring blanks including a header (C) with no bullets, like this:

A
- 1
- 2
- 3
B
- 1
- 2
D
- 1
- 2
E
- 1
- 2
- 3

How to Use UDF code:
In the developer tab click--> Visual Basic
VB window opens
Insert--> Module
Paste the code.
Close the window.
Now UDF is available in Function List
