Help with CO-Ed Kickball lineup

Ok so this has to be possible I want to list the Men and the Women in columns then have it auto place them in a lineup that goes Girl-Boy-Boy-Girl, Now I want the names to repeat because sometimes the girl appears more in the Lineup the boy because less girls and it has to go g-b-b. the list has to stay dynamic do to different numbers for different games.
I got it to repeat fine. using:
=IF(ISBLANK(INDIRECT("Sheet1!F"&ROW(F2))),INDIRECT("Sheet1!C"&(ROWS($C$2:C2)-(COUNTA(Sheet1!F:F)-2))),F2) BOYS
=IF(ISBLANK(INDIRECT("Sheet1!I"&ROW(I2))),INDIRECT("Sheet1!C"&(ROWS($C$2:C2)-(COUNTA(Sheet1!I:I)-2))),I2) GIRLS
I tried to do a if b2=girl then use the girl formula and the boy formula for false but I kept getting a #NAME error and when I did get it to work it only repeated the top 2 names......Please help this should be simpler I am missing something.....
