Suggest dynamic (Hyperlink / File path)

Dear Forum Team,

I want to use dynamic hyperlinks based on the basis of cell value as image
Brief Summary:

1. I want to keep size of the excel file minimum so, i want to use hyperlinks/file path pattern

=HYPERLINK("D:\Desktop\Desktop\Staff Letter\Staff CNIC\"&E49&".pdf","Click to View")
Using This formula in CNIC Images column too get required pdf file name in CNIC pattern (00000-0000000-0)

I want to get required pdf file as per details available in the referred CNIC cell.

Anyone can help me in this regard.
