Count how many of each site and sum the numbers in the columns that it refers too

Hi guys,

hope somebody could help me with this one, feels so simple but can't get my head around it, I'm trying to countif or sumif I'm not too sure but I need the formula to count the name of the site and then sum how many numbers are contained within the rows to give me totals by product and by site, I've attached an example to help.
