    Highlight column of current weeknumber

    I am using a planning document covering the weeks of the year in columns. I would like to use conditional formatting to highlight the column of the current weeknumber. I've searched the forum and found a similar topic called 1219586-highlighting-column-with-current-week-number but since I am new I cannot put the link here.

    However when using that formula in that sheet, I am not getting the described result. When I try it, the formula highlights the month and the week but not all the way down to row 60 as mentioned by a user.
    Let alone that I can manage to transfer this formula into my own sheet and get it to work. I am also using merged cells that span several columns :s not sure if that is an issue too.

    Any thoughts on how to do this? Sample file attached.

    With Conditional Formatting applied to range $K$8:$BA$26 you could use this formula:

    =ISOWEEKNUM(TODAY())=K$9

    Did it also work when your timescale is longer then 1 year ?
    Then you will have certain weeknumbers 2 times.
    Kind regards,

    Glad having been of some help.
    Yes @PietBom, in this case a timescale longer then 1 year is a problem. Some help could come from data in row 7 but it has Merged Cells.

    Correct, I know also have a highlighted week at the end of the table. Fortunately in my case this will only be an issue for another month or so, before next year's timeline ends in my case.
