Prevent Double Quotes in formula

I swear I have done this before without having to escape out anything.

I have some HTML code split up in multiple cells (some of them have quotes in them)
I am using =A1&B1&C1&D1 for example..but all instances of quotes are being doubled ... it wasn't doing it before then randomly started. Is there a way to prevent this?

What is odd is if I copy and paste as values in another spot - it shows without the double quotes, but if I say, copy and paste it into Notepad, now all the double quotes are there???

This was weird it was something to do with the way I was copy pasting into one of the cells. Instead of pasting normally it was like expanding that row way out and that's what was causing the issue..but I have no clue why.

I deleted that row then retyped the same stuff again and it worked fine.

Very odd.
