In the attached file named formula. I want to implement a formula in the Cell C2 and D2 in such a way when following conditions are met.
1. When A2 is equal to H2 then C2 should be equal to I2.
2. When A2 is equal to H2 then D2 should be equal to Q2.
It will be a great help if anyone can help me in this issue.

You can't use a formula to Copy and Paste. In C2, use the formula:I'll leave you to work out what goes in D2.Formula:
