Question Randomly pick from a list with two criteria?

Scenario: leads are filling out a form, and I need to be able to send these leads to the relevant agent (sales rep) based on two criteria: 1) the location of the lead (called a "micromarket" and 2) price point.

Agent sheet has the email address of the agent, their micromarket, and minimum price point of leads they'll accept (i.e. if set to $100,000 then they don't want leads than are < $100k).

In the lead sheet, we have the lead's email address, micromarket, and price point of the lead. I want to randomly assign each lead to an agent who is in the same micromarket, and who has a min price point <= the price point of the lead.

I'm struggling with how to do this and would love your help. thanks!

I just noticed that you are on a MAC operating system. I have a partial solution, but it involves Power Query which is not available for MAC operating systems. Hopefully, someone else will be able to help.
