Exclamation Filtering with merged cells whilst displaying all data

I have a database, where for one entry, there could be any number of pieces of data applied to it, as you can see in the screenshot below

My issue is, when I want to filter and display only entries that have English subtitles, it does not show any of the other data that applies for that entry. as you can see in the screenshot below:

What I want, is to be able to filter by whatever data set (language, subtitle, industry, use case etc.), but still see all the other categories apply to the entries that I search for. So it doesn't collapse the merged cells, hiding all the other data.

This needs to be scalable as data will be continually added to the database. And the data is added via drop down menu, from lists in another sheet of the workbook.

I tried using groups, but I can't seem to create multiple groups, and when I filter, the same thing happens and I have to properly collapse, and then expand the group, to see the full dataset.

The excel has been included, but please educate me as to the solutions because this is obviously a dummy excel and I need to apply this solution to a different one

    Thanks, Never heard of 16.49

What I would you do is create a PIVOTTABLE after filling in all cells in your original database and cancel the merged cells.

    see attached example.

The "blank" text in the PIVOT can be replaced with empty cells by going to conditional formatting and do the following:
