Hi,
Good Morning!
As of this moment, we are making an excel database for our municipality. I already made an excel file perfect for the person living only in the municipality (person going home every week). Unfortunately, it is not ok for the barangays to create another sheet for those who are living in their barangay that is going home for more than 1 week interval.
What they want is a sheet that list all their constituents wether they go home at least once a week or more than once a week.
In my attached file Barangay sheet I put a column for note. Those who are in another place or the yes will be hidden in order for me to add only the present constituents. Row 2 is my checker and I use subtotal function, I put this row to automatically see what column lacks data.
Now my problem is my summary sheet.
How can I use Count if statement excluding hidden cells because I don't want to mix those who are in other place? My present formula is applicable only to all hidden/unhidden cells.
My other problem is on how to segregate the access to information per zone having multiple answers. Access to information is applicable to the household level.
Thank you in advance for helping in preparing this database. This Database will help us in the development planning of the municipality:):):)
