mV Delta Calculation

I have 9 cells B2 to J2 each cell contains the voltage in mV (0.004) of a battery cell.
I need to compare the minimum and maximum value across these 9 cells, and in cell K2 calculate the difference between the minimum and maximum mV across the 9 cells,
for example if I have the lowest cell at 0.004mV and highest cell at 0.018mV then 0.014mV would be the result in K2
