I cannot see where you have mocked up your expected results. Replace TestA. TestB, etc.with the outcomes you are expecting.

so now if refer Sheet 2 i can find in row2Column E =AA-YYY and ColumnD = XXXX YYYYYYY – DDD BBBso Match found now i have to replace ColumnF fromColumnB =AA-YYY and ColumnA=XXXX YYYYYYY – DDD BBBNext ScenarioTESTA to XXXX YYYYYYY – DDD BBB
