Copy Paste Cell Value Based On Matching Cell Values

Hi all.
I'm looking for a formula for what I'm trying to achieve please.
I have a sheet containing product ID's from an e-commerce catalog.
Each product can have multiple pdf files.
I need to get the search one product Id column with another product Id column and copy the associated product name to another column.
The problem is that the product id column I am searching has just the one occurrence of the Id and the other has multiples of the product Id.

PS This might explain better:
Step through column C and find a matching value in column D, when you find a match, take the value from that row but from column E and copy it to Column H same row
