Nested if then and statements in specific order ?

Hello All
I am hoping this can be done, I would like to have the formula search in a specific order as it is very important ..Attached is an example of what I am hoping to accomplish:


If cell c2 = yes , then return “Mortality” if no , then go to cell f2, if f2 = yes, then return “LOS >14, if no, then go to cell g2, if yes, then return “READMIT”, if no, then go to H2, if H2 > 3, return “ ICU ADMIT >3”, if no, then go to d2, if d2= yes, return “DELIRIUM”, if no, go to i2, if i2= ‘HIGH RISK”, return i2, if not, return “NO COMPLICATIONS”
