Displaying time from a fraction

Is there a way to show time as the actual 34:48 in the attachment, instead of the calculated 35?

The attached version of your workbook uses a helper column (I) to implement your formulas without the ROUND function, and to calculate your actual total rather than a "total of rounded values".
