Combine index match and IF

Hi

Seeking help to combine index match and IF in cell G2.

Is it possible to combine all 3 or more index match in G2 as well.

If index match returning 1st, 2nd, 3rd, nth value returns a "Y" for number with 2 or more occurrences, then G2 to show "YES"

If there'a a simple formula that can do this, it would be even better.
